1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.


2. Shipping Area, Method & Delivery Time

G7Solutions currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

We provide standard shipping only:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after processing)

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Carrier selection depends on destination, cost, and service availability.

We use major U.S. carriers, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from G7Solutions with tracking details.

Please note that tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


4. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

G7Solutions is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately at support@g7solutions.net. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is in processing.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If your package appears delayed or lost, please:

  • Verify your shipping address
  • Check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the carrier using your tracking number
  • Reach out to us at support@g7solutions.net

We will assist in filing carrier claims where applicable.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@g7solutions.net.

We will review your case and provide a suitable resolution where applicable. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.


7. Shipping Delays

G7Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays or peak seasons
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
