Once a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. G7 Solutions is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery, including theft from any location. Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
